Laci's Boys
Unlike most breeders, I prefer to own males. They have a more consistent desire and determination to work which is what I want. It is not that I don't love my females with all of my heart but... males are always willing to try something new. Girls, at least my girls, live life 80% of the time with their own agendas. The boys always try to please; maybe not in the manner I would want at the time, but in their own way.
The dogs you see listed below are from the new line started at Laci. My original line had to be discontinued due to Epilepsy surfacing after the dogs turned 5 years of age. I loved everything about that bloodline, based on CH Spartan's Sloe Gin Fizz MW, except for that health issue which I would NOT impose on pet owners . As this new breeding program has progressed, the dogs have exhibited a greater desire to work in any and all venues open to Dachshunds with outgoing and energetic temperaments. The icing on the cake is that they are also typey, good looking Dachshunds.
